All Zorqunix products include a 30-day quality assurance warranty beginning from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers:

  • Loose seams, stitching errors, or construction flaws
  • Faulty zippers, buttons, clasps, connectors, or closures
  • Material defects or imperfections present upon arrival
  • Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
  • Damage incurred during shipping

If your issue falls under any of the categories above, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or negligence
  • Damage caused by washing, cleaning, or maintenance methods not recommended for the product
  • Accidental damage such as drops, impacts, tears, burns, or breakage
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect product functionality
  • Items returned with excessive signs of use or intentional damage
  • Final sale or clearance items (when applicable)

These issues are not considered quality defects.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

  • A brief description of the problem

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your warranty claim is approved, you may choose one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement of the same item, subject to availability
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for a future purchase

All shipping costs related to approved warranty claims will be fully covered by Zorqunix.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
